Booking Procedure & Payment Info

1. A deposit equal to 30% of the total rental cost is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation.
For bookings made within 2 months of the booking start date, payment in full is required.

2. The remaining amount (70%) is paid two months before arrival.

3. Security deposit of €300 is payable on arrival by credit / debit card and is fully refundable after departure after a checkout of the property.

4. Credit / Depit Card is required to complete the booking.
